Introducing Matt Richardson, Co-Founder of Project Playbook

Matt Richardson was born and raised in Quinte West, Ontario Canada.
He studied Business and Commerce at Loyalist College in Belleville Ontario. Post graduation he worked a variety of roles with the Government of Ontario and the Government of Canada. Passionate about the safety and well-being of children and youth he began providing personal safety seminars in local schools in 2013.

His technical aptitude lead to him acquiring an Ontario Police College Certificate in “Internet Investigations and Research”, otherwise known as Open Source Intelligence (OSINT).

Internet safety expert Matt Richardson delivers an informative seminar to eager students.

He has repurposed these skills to design and deliver innovative seminars on “Safe and Responsible Internet Use”. He remains actively involved delivering dozens of seminars each year on personal safety and safe and
responsible internet for audiences of all ages and coaches parents and educators on methods for having
positive, non-threatening and empowering conversations with children and teens. Recently Matt
partnered with the Belleville Children’s Safety Village to create an innovative first of its kind internet
safety seminar in which the online world will be fused with the real world environment to demonstrate
that our actions online can have real world consequences.

Matt Richardson is a trusted media personality with appearances on programs including the Lorne Brooker Show, The Grapevine on 99.3 Count FM, and Studio 7 on CBS TV (Odessa, Texas). His passion for technology and its potential to do good for communities inspired him to create a variety of projects that showcase the possibilities of technology. Matt is here to have a positive impact on the community and get young people excited about technology!
